EB-5 Investor Process

1. Subscribe to a Project

Choose from our high potential current and upcoming projects where you can make EB-5 investment without any hassle at all. Our seasoned project managers and investors ensure that your investments are safe and profitable.

2. Wire the Investment Amount & Syndication Fees

Once you’ve chosen the project you want to invest in, send us the investment amount i.e. $800,000. We also charge a syndication fee that has to be paid in advance. Once we receive the amount, we’ll send you a signed subscription agreement as a proof of your investment.

3. File I-526 or I-485 Petition

California EB-5 will submit the investment details and concerned documents to your immigration attorney for filing the I-526 Petition. This Petition is adjudicated by USCIS. In case you are already residing in the U.S. on some other Visa, you must file I-485 Petition for change of status.

4. U.S. Consulate Interview

USCIS approval comes after a thorough investigation, much like other Visa processes. Once you receive the approval of USCIS, you’ll have to be interviewed at your local U.S. consulate or embassy.

5. File I-829 Petition for Receiving Permanent Green Card

This is the final step for removing conditions and receive a Permanent Green Card for you and your family. Once the petition is approved you’ll receive a Permanent Green Card to reside, work or retire in U.S.

6. Enter U.S. within 180 days after approval
